Born in Brighton, East Sussex on August 5th 1935 Wanda Ventham appeared in two fifty-minute episodes of Danger Man, 'A Man to Be Trusted' and 'The Mirror's New'. In the later episode she plays Penny one of the many 'secret' girlfriends of Bierce who are crippling him financially. She also appears in The Prisoner episode 'It's Your Funeral' as the Computer Attendant.
Ventham's work on television is extensive including roles in The Likely Lads, No Hiding Place, The Saint, Hadleigh, Department S, Dixon of Dock Green, Z Cars, UFO, The Sweeney, Emmerdale, Doctor Who, Only Fools and Horses, Heartbeat, Casualty, Midsomer Murders and Lewis. |
